Rique Lamin
Say hello to NFG’s vice president and treasurer. Riqueza Feaster Lamin (“Rique”) is Co-Head and Director of the Global Large Holdings Advisory Group at Barclays Capital Inc. In that capacity, she co-manages teams in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo, and is responsible for advising equities and fixed income businesses on monitoring, reporting and providing legal analysis relating substantial position shareholding, short selling, sensitive industry, poison pill and merger and acquisition activity in publicly traded securities, globally.

Prior to joining Barclays Capital in April 2009, Rique managed the Equity Reporting Group in the Corporate Law Finance and Disclosure department of Citigroup and was responsible for their U.S. substantial holdings disclosures. Rique also served as a co-chair of the Community Outreach subcommittee of the Citi African Heritage Network and Chair of the Corporate Counsel’s committee to improve employee work/life balance, professional development and management communication. Before joining Citi in July 2005, Rique was a corporate and securities associate at two international law firms – Morrison & Foerster LLP and then Loeb & Loeb LLP in New York City.

Rique graduated from Dartmouth College with an A.B. in Government and received her J.D. from American University's Washington College of Law. During her schooling, Rique studied abroad in Brazil where she learned Portuguese and studied Brazilian literature, and in Italy, where she studied international law and researched the Italian criminal justice system.
